What we call life and the act of living, are not two separate things and they certainly need no synchronization or unification. Both, just beings concepts, they too are confined to what we call earth, nature, neurobiology and the body’s functional and operational boundaries. Not just because there are no other animals on other planets, but also because the planets itself and everything we call life are fundamentally actually just thoughts aka hallucinations of brains. So, none of it, ever transcends the limits of human understanding.. They are the limit of human understanding. Any belief that anything outside what we call life can be understood, controlled, or even accessed through thought is a manufactured illusion. Thought, at its core, is the byproduct of a flawed machinery, producing artificial boundaries and divisions where none exist.
All the systems invented by thought from knowledge, science, religion, and spirituality to government, society, culture etc. are all purely artificial constructs of thought, which itself is just the aftereffect and byproduct of a survival mechanism gone amok. They give a false sense of control, meaning and purpose, obscuring the automatic, indifferent, mechanical and chaotic ways of nature. Human beings are not autonomous, nor do we possess free will. We are biological machines, puppets of that what we call nature, programmed by genetic and societal conditioning. The sense of individuality, the "self", is merely a construct of thought. In reality, biology runs the show.. not consciousness, not choice.
The supposed separation of material and spiritual realms is just another false belief. Concepts like the soul and spirit are detrimental illusions, harmful fabrications, upheld through generations of conditioning and oppression. There’s no such thing as a true or sacred life that exists beyond the interference of thought or the human psyche.. All that we have are predictions from our brain in form of hallucinations, which we call subjective experiences and memory.. And even that hallucinated flow happens without and despite of us, as we are just fragmented temporary pieces of predictive hallucinations OURSELVES.
Thought even goes so far in pretending that it disrupts some sort of higher intelligence, it pretends that it is severing us from life’s unbroken movement, so that it can pretend to unite us and continue it’s hijacking, interloping and neurotic activities. It says fancy things like: To encounter life directly, we must surrender the constructs of thought and the illusions of spirituality. True life is beyond thought and consciousness. It needs no observer, no participant, no self.. only the intelligence of the body doing what it was built to do.
But there’s no life outside thought to be encountered and no-one there who can surrender anything. What you think you are, is actually the byproduct of the body doing what it’s supposed to do and you can’t do anything about it.
Breaking Down the Illusion: Radical Analysis
This writing dismantles entrenched human beliefs, confronting them with a relentless assertion of life beyond human constructs.
Life Beyond Thought
What we call life, is the sum of bodily experiences and the functions of human biology; it only exists because the nervous system and brain hallucinates about it. As with all thoughts, life too is a fleeting glitch and definitely not an indivisible force. Like everything else in nature, human thoughts are the byproducts of an automatic, limited and closed mechanistic system. Because of this, some say, that thought is incapable of grasping life’s essence, but life has no essence to be grasped as it is an hallucination of the brain, a thought itself. Thought categorizes, labels, and fragments, introducing and removing boundaries where none exist. Yet, ironically, thought remains blind to its own limitations.
Here, thought is stripped down to its core: Nothing but the byproduct of survival tools.. a mechanism devoid of truth. The brain is a filter and thoughts are the leftover residue, hallucinating a window to an illusory reality.
The Tyranny of Systems
This perspective condemns science, religion, and spirituality as forms of mental imprisonment. These systems claim to explain life, but they’re merely tools of thought imposing arbitrary boundaries, seeking control over what can never be contained.
Science and mathematics don’t reveal “truths”; they construct complex illusions, similar to ancient myths and spiritual dogmas. Science is no more objective than religion; both are thought systems chasing answers in an indifferent universe. Science, revered as the epitome of objectivity, merely overlays reality with abstractions like numbers and formulas.. nothing more than a cerebral playground.
Humans as Biological Machines
The pedestal supporting concepts of free will and autonomy is completely removed, leaving us as nothing more than mechanistic entities. We are merely running on preset biological programs; agency and purpose are delusions. A viewpoint that somewhat aligns with deterministic philosophies that saw humans as cogs in nature’s indifferent machinery. But Sophie is no Philo here, there’s no Philo for Sophie.
The message here is clear: There’s no comforting answer. Purpose is dismissed as an irrelevant distraction, as the universe and nature flow beyond human life and comprehension, indifferent to meaning.
The Rejection of Spirituality
Perhaps most radically, not just spirituality, but the concepts of life and living are discarded as just another layer of thought. All concepts like soul, spirit, and mind together with all the religious dogma and scientific theories, are eventually all meaningless constructs, that keep humanity chained to illusion. Spirituality isn’t a quest for understanding but a prison, another invention of thought.
This is not a call for nihilism; it’s a rejection of fantasy. As described here, without the interference of thought and it’s "higher" concepts, there’s no life and no living. What’s described here doesn’t echo some weird Zen philosophy or whatever, stripped of spiritual overtones. Nor does this position insist that there’s some true experience which can only come when thought is absent. When thought is absent, you are DEAD.
Life Beyond Awareness
The perspective here is, that awareness or mindfulness does not bring us closer to truth. Instead, true awareness is something of the senses and mindfulness just another marketing gimmick, pushing weird agendas and the status quo. Practices like meditation or mindfulness are exposed as not just futile attempts to impose thought on an indifferent process, but also harmful as in boosting psychosis, which are labeled as spiritual experiences.
Rather than being the gateway to truth, awareness becomes yet another layer of illusion.
Trusting the Body's Intelligence
This culminates in a radical proposition:
The body’s intelligences aka survival mechanisms are more trustworthy and have priorities over thought, which itself is just a byproduct of that intelligence. This isn’t about mind-body integration or better yet thought-brain integration; there’s nothing to integrate, but it’s about abandoning seeing value in thought entirely. The body is perfectly capable of functioning without mental interference. The body’s intelligence is instinctual, naturally aligned with survival, while thought is just the byproduct of that mechanism and is clogging up the system.
This is not a guide, but a demolition..
A clearing of mental debris to expose life without the delusions thought constructs.
PS: If this work burns through the noise for you, consider fueling the fire:
Not for charity. Not for fluff. Just to keep the demolition sharp and uncensored.
